Creator Loop HQ (creatorloophq.com) is a Facebook & Instagram DM automation platform. You can delete all data we hold about you, including data we received from Meta on your behalf, at any time.
Option 1 — Inside the app
Sign in at creatorloophq.com.
Go to Settings → Connections.
Click Disconnect & delete all data. This removes your Meta tokens, your subscribers, all captured emails, and all engagement history.
Option 2 — From Facebook
Open Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings.
Go to Apps and Websites.
Find Creator Loop HQ and click Remove.
Meta will send us a signed deletion request automatically and you'll receive a confirmation code on this page.
Option 3 — Email us
Email privacy@creatorloophq.com from the address on your account. We respond within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Meta OAuth tokens and Page/IG connection records
All subscribers, captured emails, and engagement events
Automations, broadcasts, and message logs you created
