Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Loop (CreatorLoopHQ), available at creatorloophq.com ("Loop", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Loop is a Facebook and Instagram DM automation platform that helps creators capture engagement, run automated conversations, and grow their audience.

2. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe.
  • Standard plans include a 7-day free trial. You will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel.
  • The Founder Plan is billed immediately at $29/month, with the price locked for the life of the account.
  • All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Founder Plan Terms

  • The $29/month rate is locked for the life of your account as long as the subscription remains continuously active.
  • Founder Plan seats are non-transferable between accounts or users.
  • If you cancel a Founder Plan subscription, the locked rate cannot be recovered. Re-subscribing later will be at the then-current standard price.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel anytime from your billing dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted.

6. Acceptable Use

When using Loop you agree NOT to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited messages.
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
  • Distribute illegal content or facilitate illegal activity.
  • Run automations that violate Meta's Facebook or Instagram Platform Policies.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service.

7. Meta Platform Compliance

Loop operates on top of the Facebook and Instagram APIs. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Loop complies with the Meta Platform Terms, Community Standards, and Messaging Policies. Violations may result in suspension of your Loop account.

8. Liability

Loop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loop is not responsible for:

  • Changes to the Meta platform, APIs, or pricing.
  • Revocation or restriction of your Facebook or Instagram API access.
  • Enforcement actions taken by Facebook or Instagram against your accounts or pages.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Loop in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, abuse of the platform, or risk to other users. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in the United States.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
